Welcome to the Photography Page

Here we will try to lead you down the right path of taking the right pictures.

The photography industry is basically geared for maximum profit and minimum help to the consumer. Like most giant industries, profit is the main issue and not customer service or customer education.

I have yet to see a camera company recommending a specific way to take the right pictures or any products that will save you money down the road without compromising your picture quality.

In short, they all want you to buy the $5 bulb that lasts about 3 hours, and the $500 kit which cost about $10 to manufacture.

Let's start here:

Light Bulbs

Yes they are expensive and you should experiment until you get what you need. I have seen people take items outdoors for picture taking and trying all kinds of weird expensive lights.

The best bulb in the market is a blue daylight (super hot too) bulb which last about 3 hours and cost 5 at best. this bulb will most likely get you tanned while shooting, not a comfortable thing.

We have found t a generic white light florescent replica which does the same thing with minimum heat and beautiful illumination for over 1000 hours and cheap cost.
