for sale is an Edwardian enamel, pearl & diamond silver & gold
butterfly brooch.
This beautiful rare piece is in a
very good condition, the enamel and the diamonds are all intact!
This brooch is set with old cut
diamonds all around the wings and the antennas, I estimate it to
have over 1 carat of diamonds set in it.
The enamel is a beautiful solid sky
blue color and it is also in mint condition.
The center of this piece looks like a
natural pearl, the color of the pearl is white and the shape is off
round.
The butterfly is cut in detail into
the silver and gold, it's done so well that the pearl just blends
in.
This piece is also very heavy, it
weighs 15.4 grams and it measures 4.2cm by 2.7cm .
