wedding band I have seen in years.
This
beautiful piece is set with an estimated over 9 carats of gem
quality 100% natural Burmese rubies.
At first
glance you notice the beautiful vivid red color of these rubies, the
color is so amazing and every stone is burning with red fire that
you are not sure if these are real.
However, I
put each and every ruby in the band under 40x gemstone microscope
and what I saw was amazing, it was like looking millions of years
into the past.
Each ruby
is 100% natural, unheated Burma ruby, almost all of these rubies
exhibited the classic signs of natural rubies (Natural Corundum). I
spend over an hour admiring the beautiful characteristic of natural
rubies which in this ring can only be seen under 40x magnification.
Additionally, if you look at each ruby from the side, you will see
that each stone was not cut, but instead, the rough was faceted in
the old antique cushion style which allows for the stone to keep
it's natural form.
Each ruby
in the ring is totally clean to the eye, at least VS in diamond
terms.
Each ruby
is exploding with life and beautiful vivid red color, PLUS like most
Burma rubies, these rubies fluoresce red in sunlight which brings
the extra fire in each stone!!!
This
beautiful rare and unique band measures 4mm wide, it should fit a
finger size 3.5, so if it doesn't fit, you can always use it an the
most amazing ruby pendant!!!
