magnificent and very rare Sinhalite & diamond 18K gold Fred Leighton
necklace.
This beautiful necklace is
in New Old Stock condition, it's never been used.
The center stone of this
necklace is a very rare collectors gemstone known as Sinhalite, it is
estimated to weigh over 10 carats since it measures 14.7x11.4x6.37mm.
This Sinhalite variation is
very unusual because it exhibits a beautiful vivid yellow color plus
stone over 10 carats are also very hard to find and such fine quality,
color and life.
The side stones are all
fine Rose Cut diamonds estimated to weigh over 1.75 carats, they are all
G to H color and VS to SI clarity.
The diamonds on the sides
are set into leaf shape petals with beautiful antique finish to this
piece.
This magnificent and very
rare piece is signed Fred Leighton, it's all original and in perfect
condition.
The center of this necklace
measures 36mm by 23mm and the beautiful twisted rope chain measures 16.5
inches (42cm) long.
