Up for sale is a
magnificent Italian diamond and sapphire 18K gold angelfish brooch.
This beautiful New Old
Stock piece was made in Valencia Italy by a Cantamessa Srl.
It depicts a beautiful
large size striped angelfish set with approximately 4.50 carats of
diamonds and 8.0 carats of sapphires.
The diamonds are all G to H
color and VS to VVS clarity while the sapphires range in color from
medium to strong blue and are all very clean.
The sapphires are laid out
in a way that gives this beautiful angelfish variation in color and it
makes this piece very unique.
This magnificent fish is
hallmarked in 2 locations with the Cantamessa markings and it's marked
both 750 for 18K gold and 925 for Sterling Silver.
The whole fish is black
rhodium PVD coated to give it antique look, it measures 59mm by 57mm and
weighs 24 grams.
