Up for sale is a
magnificent Fred Leighton diamond platinum ring.
This beautiful diamond ring
is in a New Old Stock condition, it still has the original store tag
(retail $17,500.00) and it's unused.
This superb piece features
a 1.16 carat center rose cut diamond which spread to about a 3 carat
oval diamond size. This is possible because of the way rose cut diamonds
are shaped, they are flat on the back side of them yet they maintain
beautiful life, luster and sparkle.
The center diamond measures
approximately 9.4 x 7.3mm, that's a huge spread!!!
The center diamond color is
F to G and clarity is SI to I in the form of a fingerprint inclusion on
the side of the diamond. The center and most of the diamond are VS clean
and the only inclusion is barely noticeable since it's on the size.
The rest of the diamonds in
this ring are F to G color and VS to VVS clarity, they are micro pave
set around the center diamond and down on the sides of the shank.
This beauty is signed F.
Leighton, it's all platinum 950 and as stated, it's in a New Old Stock
condition with a store tag of $17,500.00 retail price.
The top of the ring
measures approximately 12.7 x 11.5mm and it should fit a finger size
6.50.
