for sale is a beautiful vintage hand made solid Sterling Silver 925 chicken.
This
beautiful piece is all hand made in fine detail, you can see the
amazing wire work and curves of this beautiful animal figure.
We
estimate this piece to have been made in the past 20 to 30 years,
it's very lifelike and it's a very unique piece.
The
feathers in the tail of the chicken are a little flexible and like
most of the wires move a little as well.
One of the
feathers in the back is stamped 925, and it has a hallmark I don't
recognize, it looks like a star with numbers and letters.
Regardless, this chicken is very amazing piece of art, I have seen
similar work by Italian silversmiths which goes for serious money.
This
beautiful chicken measures approximately
4.00 x 3.25 x 2 inches and it weighs 120 grams.
