natural Spinel necklace.
This beautiful necklace is
in a new old stock condition with the original store tag still on it.
It is made of large natural
black Spinel faceted beads and 18K yellow gold balls set with cabochon
cut natural red Spinel gemstones.
The estimated black Spinel
carat weight is well over 180 carats and the red Spinel is estimated to
be well over 8 carats total in this necklace.
The 18K yellow gold beads
are also very beautiful and are nicely decorated.
In all this beauty has a
great look, a lot of gold and a nice collection of natural Spinel
gemstones.
In general Spinel is more
rare then most gemstones, however it is cost effective because of it's
limited exposure...Such a necklace with rubies and onyx will cost about
5 times more and look the same.
This necklace measures
approximately 31 inches long and the thickest part measures 8.5mm.
