beautiful piece is a hand made enamel 18K brooch with beautiful
decorations.
The
picture depicts a beautiful lady with a diamond necklace which is
actually set with real antique cut diamonds.
This
magnificent piece is is well done and so detailed that the pictures
is a real eye catcher.
The enamel
has some surface scratches and a small break on the top, but it's
normal for such a rare item which is also over 100 years old and the
break proves it's enamel and not painting over porcelain.
The gold
tests for 18K gold, all of the decorations are hand made and the
coloring looks like enamel work which most of it looks very fine.
No my
opinion this piece must have been part of something more grand, or
maybe a pendant which was converted to a brooch. however, it's a
great item and very rare work of art.
