Up
for sale is a magnificent pair of white and intense yellow diamond
platinum & gold flower brooches from the 1960's or earlier.
These
brooches are superb in quality and they are set with very fine
natural diamonds.
Each
brooch is slightly different, so I separated some of the pictures,
these brooches look a lot better then shown in the pictures.
The total
white diamond weight of these brooches is approximately 4.9 to 5.00
carats and the fancy intense yellow diamonds add up to approximately
2.35 carats.
All of the
white diamonds are F to G color and VS to VVS clarity.
The yellow
diamonds are very strong intense yellow color and VS to VVS clarity.
They average 0.15-0.17 carat in size, these type of diamonds are
very expensive today and impossible to find in such strong shades of
yellow.
The
diamonds are full of life and the work on these brooches is very
high quality. Both brooches are platinum and 18K solid gold.
Both
brooches measure approximately 4.1cm long by 3cm wide, they weigh
31.6 grams together and come as a pair.
