for sale is a beautiful set of Art Nouveau diamond 18K yellow gold
musical note brooches.
These unique matching
brooches are in very good condition, they are over 100 years old yet
they are perfect for wearing and could also be used as pendants.
The estimated diamond
weight for these brooches is approximately 5.60 carats total for both.
The largest diamonds set in these brooches are around 0.40 carats and
the smallest are a bit under 0.10 carats while most stones are on the
large side.
The diamonds range from G
to I color and from VS to SI clarity, they are all antique cuts which
have beautiful luster and great life.
These brooches are all hand
made, they have a type of filigree finish on the edges and around the
diamonds which are bezel set into the gold.
The gold was tested to be
between 18K and 22K, so it's safe to say they are both solid 18K yellow
gold.
Each brooch measures
approximately 45mm by 19mm and both weigh 18 grams together.
