Up for sale is a
magnificent work of art, this pill box is nothing less.
This antique piece is at
least 100 years old, today no one can even come close to the quality of
this work in enamel.
This amazing piece
portrays figures with harps around the clouds.
The enamel work is detailed
and laced with sharp colors plus the gold itself is chased and decorated
by hand.
The enamel goes all the way
around and inside the box, plus as far as I can see it is all in mint
condition.
The beautiful piece came
from Christies auction years ago, I should still have the original
auction tag.
This box measures4.5cm
tall, 2.8 x 2.2cm wide and it weighs 23 grams.
The box is made from gold,
we have not tested it, it looks like a lot more then 14K gold, maybe
even 22K but I can't tell without testing and you don't test a perfect
piece like this one.
The pictures don't do it
any justice at all, it's a gem of a piece, a true antique work of art.
