This
beautiful Jade piece is from a private collection I have known of
for over 15 years. It was originally owned by a Navy captain who
acquired this jade during the 1960's. The whole collection is over
100 pieces with pieces dating to to the 1800's and earlier.
We
have tested these pieces under a Spectroscope and a Refractometer
and got 100% natural jade with a good indication of being Jadeite
(carvings are very hard to test).
